  Went into the store on Monday and had a difficult time finding an item, went to the lady at the cash who called over the supervisor. Liv was very helpful in finding everything I needed. This was the best costumer service I have ever received within a grocery store. It was really great to have such a friendly service in a small town. Will definitely continue to shop here in the future!

  Good selection of almost anything in foods but at a premium price for it all. Given the amount of business that goes through its doors it seems that they charge whatever the market will bear. Prices are lower at all other shops in Brockville and Prescott so i go to O''Reilly's as a last resort.

  Great store, great variety, great cuts of meat great staff and clean. Only store I find in the area carries BEEF RIBS :) I saw some reviews saying prices high compared to Brockville, yes they are a little more sometimes, but also sometimes cheaper, but usually in line with other "Independent stores". Brockville stores are great if you like what "everyone else likes", because they only keep a limited variety. Tons of one product, but lacks variety. Also products are a lot fresher, compared to Brockville where I find many expiry dates are only a few days away from the day you purchase. O'reilly's is a much better managed store.

  Obscenely overpriced, in general. Meat quality is reliably hit-and-miss while meat prices are reliably ludicrous. Shop the sales, stock your deep-freeze when they hit. If you have no choice but to rely on this store as your one grocery source, be prepared to spend 1/4 to 1/3 more than you would for the same goods elsewhere.
  Again, shop the sales--sometimes those sale prices come down to the range of other more reasonable stores' regular prices.

  Fruit is to expensive and so r the salad trays and fruit trays and they are not always fresh either
